Speakers & Presenters will present in one of the Break-Out Rooms on the lower level of the Community Center, to be determined depending on your presentation, on the hour and finish at quarter to the next hour for a total of 45 minutes.
Please indicate your Time Preference: ___9am, ___10am, ___11am, ___12pm, ___1pm, ___2pm. If selected we will do out best to support you on our official Website, printed Program and Recourse Guide, multiple Social Media posts, Newsletters and Community Outreach.

Once approved: Speakers and presenters without a booth are warmly invited to connect with our ʻohana solely during your designated time. To honor those who’ve invested in booth spaces, we kindly ask you refrain from solicitation or diverting attention from vendors and attendees. Reports of solicitation will result in being escorted from the property.
Speaker descriptions & photos remain at the discretion of the producer and Website/Program Editing Team to ensure the festival’s cohesive vibe and flow.
