Vendor Invitation & Registration
Vendor Set Up Details:
ONE VENDOR/BUSINESS per space.
VENDOR SET UP TIME: 7:30am-9am ONLY.
VENDOR AGREES to be completely set up and ready to receive visitors at 9am, please cover tables to the floor and use professional signage. Vendor agrees not to block the booth next to them with their signage. Signs must be free standing. No hanging signs on walls.
VENDOR AGREES to make their space design/display visually pleasing.
VENDOR AGREES to conduct all sales, promotions, and customer interactions only within the vendor’s designated area; roaming or soliciting outside this space is not permitted.
VENDOR AGREES to park either in the upper or lower parking lot (depending on booth location) to unload and promptly move their vehicles to the lower-lower parking lot.
VENDOR AGREES to stop all activities at 3PM and vacate by 4PM No holdovers.
**To add a little extra fun for our attendees, we are gathering door prizes to gift throughout the day.
***We also highly encourage each vendor to offer a complementary short mini session, sample or demo at their booth to attract attendees and give them a direct experience of your healing work or products.
**We will include description of your mini session in our Website and Social Media!

$75 Upper Level Healing Garden ~ Courtyard/ Please bring your own canopy, tables and chairs for your outdoor vendor space. Ideal for healers offering hands-on sessions, artists and wellness products and services. 1 ONLY
$75 Lower Level Courtyard / Please bring your own canopy, tables and chairs for your outdoor vendor space. Ideal for Farm Stands, Agriculture and Keiki Activities.

Participation Agreement
The above signed hereby represents that he/she is the Applicant or Authorized Agent of the Applicant named herein and that he/she is over 18 years of age.
Participant indemnifies and holds Alanui ‘O Ka‘ū, The Ka‘ū Wellness Festival, Carol Maikalani Hannum Foundation, The County of Hawaii and the Ocean View Community Center, harmless from and against any and all claims for personal injuries, death, damages, costs and/or other expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or in any way connected with the use of facility or any part or facility thereof by the Applicant or Applicant's agents, members, partners, associates, contractors, servants and employees. The above signed declares, under penalties of perjury, that the factual information furnished by him/her in this Application is true, accurate and complete to the best of his/her knowledge and belief.
Applicant understands their payment is final. No refunds.
Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which causes are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion or generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. Events that could potentially trigger a force majeure clause include war, terrorist attacks and a pandemic, or natural disasters that fall under the “act of God” category, such as a flood, earthquake or hurricane.
